I have been a crafter since I can remember. Although it's not really a surprise. My grandmother and aunt, on my dad's side, could be found at craft fairs and shows on any given weekend selling their handmade items. My mom has crocheted afghans for as long as I can remember. My step-mom introduced me to counted cross-stitch when I was 8 or 9 years old. I also began crocheting around that same time. I got a thrill from making something beautiful from just yarn and a needle. I went on to making flower arrangements, candles, lotion, soap, learned how to knit, and I even made a simple baby quilt. Crafting to me is relaxing. I only do it as a hobby or for gift giving. I don't think I would enjoy it as much if it became something I had to do. These are a collection of craft creations made by me {in my not-so-spare time}.
And now I have found the Cricut Explore Air 2! I have begun making painted wood signs and t-shirts. Hopefully I will find some time to share them with you soon.
